To pick up tickets please bring all required ID, including college and military, to the ticket windows on the day your ticket is for.
Tickets cannot be picked up in advance.
NEED TO CHANGE THE DATE? You may change your ticket reservation date any time before midnight on the day prior to your ride date. Changes cannot be made on or after your scheduled ride date. To reschedule, please follow the instructions in "My Account" If a price adjustment applies, the updated balance will be displayed during the process.
